How this static evidence interface was produced
This MVP presents validated data generated from local files only. It does not perform live platform checks and does not fetch evidence from external services.
Source basis
The Alabuga Evidence Archive is an independent investigative project compiled and structured by Vladyslav Novikov. Each video, channel and evidence fragment was manually reviewed and tagged before entering the public preview.
Evidence was collected from locally preserved YouTube archive packages and a canonical evidence dossier. The current site reads static JSON generated from those local files, including 448 high/medium evidence cases, 849 structured evidence fragments and 396 evidence-positive video rows.
Phase 1A generated reviewer-context clips from existing Excel timecodes. The clips are broad context excerpts for review, not final public-ready editorial selections.
Preservation and access
Original source files remain private and are not publicly hosted by this MVP. Evidence pages show generated excerpts, screenshots, quotes, metadata and hashes so that reviewers can identify the preserved source package.
Each evidence case includes source hashes, clip hashes and screenshot hashes. The site data was generated from local Excel, manifest, clip, screenshot and info.json files.
Each public evidence page includes metadata, quote, screenshot, reviewer-context clip and hashes.
Status and subscriber-count limits
No live YouTube status checks are performed in this MVP. Status labels are derived from local archive manifests and unavailable-video records.
Subscriber counts come from local info.json channel_follower_count snapshots and are not current.
The total-subscriber metric is non-unique because audiences may overlap.
Known data-quality warnings
- 25 cases have empty context marker arrays.
- 37 reviewer-context excerpts were clamped to local source duration.
- Channel avatars are not fetched; deterministic initials placeholders are used.
- Not all videos are confirmed paid promotions. Integrations vary in form.
